• "Consumer": any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of his professional activity.
• "Order form": document which indicates the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by him by "double click" to engage him.
• "Order": act by which the Consumer undertakes to purchase Products and the Company [MORGATE SARL] to deliver them.
4. Product
All the products in the catalog are marketed while stocks last.

10. Data confidentiality
The information requested from you is necessary for the processing of
your order and they are treated confidentially.
You have the right to rectify any data concerning you.
You may receive advertisements from [MORGATE SARL] unless you have stipulated that you refuse the use of your personal data for its purposes.
11. Right of withdrawal
From the date of delivery of your order, you have 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, and be fully refunded. The costs of returning the goods are your responsibility. However, only goods returned in perfect condition for resale, complete and in their original packaging (unopened) may be reimbursed.
12. Proof of transactions paid by bank card

13. Force majeure
[MORGATE SARL] is only required to fulfill its obligations to the extent that no force majeure event hinders them.
